Add a “How to say it” button
Running a blog, a school page or a fan site? Add a button that sends readers to the page where pokee.si says any Pokémon name out loud, with the respelling. It is one link: no iframe, no script, no tracking, and nothing to install.
The snippet
Copy this HTML and change pikachu and Pikachu to the Pokémon you want. On the live page you can pick any Pokémon, preview the button and copy the snippet with one click.

Add the optional sound player (change 25 to the Pokémon's National Pokédex number):

<audio controls preload="none" src="https://pokee.si/audio/names/25.mp3"></audio>The button links to How to say Pikachu (anchor #sec-overview).
Good to know
- It is a normal link, so it works in any page builder, blog or email that allows HTML.
- The button loads nothing from pokee.si, so it adds no cookies and runs no code. The optional sound player fetches only the name clip (one small MP3) when a reader presses play: still no cookies and no code.
- Pronunciation by pokee.si. Unofficial fan resource, not affiliated with Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc. or The Pokémon Company.
