1 Pokémon can learn Burning Bulwark in its most recent game: 1 by levelling up. Some learn it more than one way.
What does Burning Bulwark do?
Protects the user from damaging moves for the turn and burns any attacker that makes contact. Fails if the user moves last, and repeated use of protecting moves is less likely to work. Unseen Fist and moves like Feint get past it.
