What does Matcha Gotcha do?
Inflicts regular damage on all adjacent opponents and heals the user for half of the damage dealt. Each target has a 20% chance of being burned. It thaws a frozen user and a frozen target. Big Root boosts the healing and Liquid Ooze turns it into damage.
