What does Octolock do?
Prevents the target from switching out. At the end of each turn, the targets Defense and Special Defense are lowered by 1 stage. The target may switch out using a Shed shell, Baton Pass, Flip turn, Parting Shot, Teleport, U-Turn, or Volt Switch. This effect ends if either Pokemon leave the field.
