Pokémon Team Builder: Weaknesses and Coverage Heat Map
Build a team of six and see your shared weaknesses and move coverage at a glance. Shareable team links, on pokee.si.
The team builder checks a team of up to six Pokémon against all 18 types. It shows which attacking types your team is weak to, which it resists, how well your own types hit back, and which type would fix the biggest gap.
How to use the team builder
- Search for a Pokémon and add it to an empty slot. You can add up to six.
- Read the defensive heat map: each attacking type shows how many of your Pokémon are weak to it and how many resist it. Red means trouble.
- Check offensive coverage: the best damage your Pokémon’s own types (their STAB types) can do against each defending type.
- Look at “Add a type”: it suggests types that would cover your shared weaknesses.
- Share the team: the page address keeps your six picks.
What the warnings mean
- If three or more team members are weak to the same type, the builder flags it as a serious shared weakness.
- Two members weak to a type that nobody resists is flagged as a warning.
- If no single type is a problem, it tells you the team is well balanced defensively.
