1 Pokémon can learn Electro Shot in its most recent game: 1 by levelling up. Some learn it more than one way.
What does Electro Shot do?
Charges on the first turn and raises the user's Special Attack by one stage, then attacks on the second turn. In rain it attacks straight away, and a Power Herb also skips the charge.
