Notes on the answers

  • Wailord is the tallest Water type and the tallest Pokémon that is not Legendary.
  • Blissey's base HP of 255 is the highest of any Pokémon, tied with Eternamax Eternatus. Eternamax is a form, not a separate Pokémon.
  • Ninjask has the highest base Speed of any Pokémon that is not Legendary or Mythical. In question 15 Regieleki is faster still. Without Regieleki on the list, Ninjask wins.
  • Charmander evolves into Charmeleon at level 16, and Charmeleon evolves into Charizard at level 36.
  • Pikachu evolves into Raichu with a Thunder Stone.
