There are 70 Dragon-type Pokémon species: 13 are pure Dragon and 57 have a second type. Dragon types are weak to Ice, Dragon and Fairy moves.
That is 7% of the 1,025 species in the Pokédex. We count species, so each Pokémon is counted once. Bulbapedia's own Dragon count includes forms, so it is higher than ours.

How to beat Dragon types
A pure Dragon type is weak to Ice, Dragon and Fairy moves. It resists Fire, Water, Electric and Grass moves, and it is not immune to anything. So Fire and Water moves are poor choices against a Dragon.
A Fairy move hits a Dragon for double damage, and Fairy Pokémon take nothing from Dragon moves.
What Dragon moves beat
Dragon moves are super effective against only one type: Dragon. Steel Pokémon resist them, and Fairy Pokémon take no damage at all. Steel is the only type that resists Dragon moves.
Dragon and Ghost are the only two types that are super effective against themselves. To see two Dragons side by side, compare Dragonite and Garchomp.
